Stora Saluhallen

Stora Saluhallen has stood in Gothenburg since 1876 and gathers a long list of traders under one roof.

The individual traders — their craft, products and expertise — needed to be seen, not just the hall itself. And a younger audience needed a reason to walk in.

Weekend tips from Hugo Ericson Ost

(01) Who are Stora Saluhallen?

Established names and new traders under one roof.

The hall holds both long-standing businesses and newcomers, together making it varied and consistently high quality.

The range runs from raw ingredients and delicacies to ready-made dishes, which makes it a place for a lot of different food experiences — something the content needed to say out loud.

(02) Mission

Catch of the week, every week.

We put the traders and their craft first through stories, product focus and authentic material shot inside the hall, showing both the breadth and the things you only find here.

As part of the work we created the concept Catch of the Week, presenting one dish or delicacy every week. We also tightened the graphic profile — together that has driven strong traffic, real engagement and far more visibility for Stora Saluhallen digitally.
